Insurance verification should be conducted before the patient’s appointment, and billing is processed within 24 to 48 hours following a client visit, with follow-up on any unpaid or denied claims. We are HIPPA compliant, and all staff are AAPC Certified Coders.
Here’s What We Do

Insurance Verification
It’s so important to verify insurance coverage BEFORE the patient is seen. This helps reduce unpleasant surprises later. We verify Deductibles, Copay’s coinsurance, authorization, and make sure the policy is active.

Copay Collection
It is recommended that a provider collect known patient dues at the time of service. Some providers collect in-house after getting the insurance verification back from us, or if you are on a billing platform, we process patient due balances daily.

Electronic Claim Submission
We bill electronically within 24-48 hours after a patient visit.

Follow up
We resolve any unpaid claims by calling insurance carriers, or rebilling.

Patient Statements
If the due balance is not collected from the client at time of service, we generate monthly statements and send them out.

Monthly Reports
This includes a detailed summary of patient visits, detailed list of insurance and patient monies, outstanding insurance reports, outstanding patient reports and copies of patient statements (if any).

Other Claims
We work with Medicaid, Medicare and all commercial carriers and work comp cases.
